Six kinds of flooring, one crew that installs all of them
We don't push whatever's overstocked in the warehouse. Tell us what the room needs to do — kids, dogs, a wet basement — and we'll point you at the right one.
Hardwood
Red oak, white oak, and hickory in site-finished or prefinished planks. Most homeowners get a 25-year finish warranty and can sand it down and refinish twice before the wood wears through.
Vinyl Plank
Rigid-core vinyl plank with a printed wood-look layer and a waterproof core, rated for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. It clicks together over most existing floors, which usually keeps labor time down.
Laminate
A photographic wood image under a hard resin wear layer, over an HDF core. It's the most scratch-resistant option we carry for households with big dogs or a lot of furniture moving around.
Loose Lay Vinyl
Thick vinyl planks with a grippy backing that hold in place under their own weight. Quick to put down, and a damaged plank can be lifted out and swapped without pulling up the room.
Carpet
Wall-to-wall carpet for bedrooms, living rooms, and basements, in four grades from Good to Premium. Priced and installed by the yard.
Stairs
Stairs finished to match your new floor, priced per step for material and installation, with stair nosing to finish each edge.
Everything the job needs, from tear-out to trim
Old floor out, subfloor prepped, new floor in, edges finished. Each part is quoted as its own line so you can see what you're paying for.

Three things we put in writing
The 3-Day Install Promise
Most single-room jobs go from old floor out to final walk-through in three working days. If your crew lead tells you it'll run longer than that, it's in writing before work starts, not something you find out on day four.
What We Measure Is What You Pay
Your estimator measures the room in person and the number on that sheet is the number you sign. If the crew opens up a subfloor and finds it needs more than 5% extra material, that overage comes out of our margin, not an invoice to you.
18-Month Fit Check
Cupping, gapping, a plank that starts to squeak — if it shows up within 18 months of install, we send someone back out to look at it. Call the number on your invoice, no separate warranty department to track down.
